🍅 Tomato Cabbage Detox Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 2 cups tomatoes (fresh or canned)
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Sauté onion and garlic.
  2. Add cabbage, carrot, tomatoes, paprika.
  3. Pour broth and simmer 25 mins.
  4. Blend partially if desired.
