Ingredients:
- 1 daikon radish, peeled and sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Sauté onion and ginger in sesame oil.
- Add daikon and carrots, stir well.
- Pour in broth and tamari. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
